Fiona Uyema

Having studied Japanese and spent three years studying and working in Japan, Fiona Uyema’s love of the Japanese language, culture and cuisine is innate. Her book ‘Japanese Food Made Easy’ introduces basic Japanese ingredients, Japanese dining etiquette and easy to follow Japanese home style recipes. Fiona found comfort in the Japanese diet/way of eating while going through chemotherapy and recovering from ovarian cancer.
